Frøy Kapital hires Tomas Okstad as Investment Director and Thomas Hanssen as analyst.

 

Tomas Okstad is 40 years old, lives in Oslo and comes from Steinkjer. For the past 14 years, he has worked in Nordea Investment Banking as a director with focus areas within aquaculture, infrastructure, capital markets and M&A. He is educated at BI in Sandvika and has a Master's in Finance.

"In the coming years, Frøy Kapital will invest significant amounts in developing businesses along the coast. Both jobs and value are created in coastal municipalities under Norwegian ownership, and I look forward to contributing to this work," says Tomas.

Thomas Hanssen is 31 years old and lives in Trondheim. He has experience as Senior Auditor at EY, Senior Credit Analyst at Nordea and as Controller at GK. Thomas is educated at NHH and has a Master's in Finance.

"I am looking forward to start working at Frøy Kapital, with some of the most exciting industries we have in Norway; fisheries and aquaculture as well as related industries," says Thomas.

Both will start just after the turn of the New Year and we are looking forward to getting them in place.

At the same time as the employment of Tomas Okstad, Frøy Kapital is establishing an office in Oslo, as a starting point for cooperation with relevant environments in the capital.
